Target Audience
All staff- medical and non-medical with a fundamental understanding of HF concepts.
Content
Review of fundamental concepts, communication workshop, techniques for effective team-working, an understanding of how the environment in which we work directly impacts the effectiveness/efficiency of our work.
Certification
Once candidates have completed this course, will be provided with resources from the session and a certificate that is valid and can be used as part of your CPD
