This course is designed to help develop skills and knowledge in preparing for your annual staff appraisal. Topics include how to plan, prepare and get the most from your appraisal conversation.

- Be able to prepare for an effective appraisal
- Understand the importance of wellbeing how to have a wellbeing conversation with your manager/Team leader
- How to set individual SMART objectives
- Identify sources of support to guide our development and progression
