Our aim is to help to raise awareness around the impact of civility and incivility on people, teams, and the organisational culture and how that relates to patient outcomes.
This 45-minute bitesize session is fast paced, encouraging reflection and offers different perspectives on how to manage ourselves and our reactions to challenging situations in the work place. We will be exploring how civility and kindness can be embedded in our work culture to improve our working environments collectively.

- Recognise the impact of behaviours on others within the workplace
This course is open to all South Tees staff from any area.
