Brief Overview:

Our aim is to help to raise awareness around the impact of civility and incivility on people, teams, and the organisational culture and how that relates to patient outcomes.

This 1-hour bitesize session is fast paced, encouraging reflection and offers different perspectives on how to manage ourselves and our reactions to challenging situations in the work place. We will be exploring how civility and kindness can be embedded in our work culture to improve our working environments collectively.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand different perspectives on challenging situations in relation to our reactions
  • Recognise the impact of behaviours on others within the workplace

Target Audience:

This course is open to all South Tees staff from any area at the Friarage Hospital

Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.  Please ensure you complete your feedback so we are able to continuously improve our training.
