Our aim is to help to raise awareness around the impact of civility and incivility on people, teams, and the organisational culture and how that relates to patient outcomes.
This 2 hour session looks in to the notions of kindness in the workplace, exploring interpersonal skills and the impact of incivility and unkindness and how this may be addressed. Our workshops are a core way for us to embed a positive culture into our working lives across the trust.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Engage in discussion surrounding how incivility can be minimised with positive actions.
This course is open to all South Tees staff from any area.
