As well as a Training Advisor, I am a coach and mentor; I have been supporting colleagues for over 20 years (not always in the NHS) with pastoral care and helping staff to develop in the work place. I have completed the Coaching and Mentoring level 5 qualification and qualified as a coach in September 2021. I am an Assessor, Quality Assurer and Teacher and 360 Feedback Facilitator. I am passionate about encouraging my NHS colleagues to develop and be the best version of themselves.
