What does improvement mean for our patients?
Brief overview:
We would like to invite you to attend our first annual improvement conference. The day aims to motivate, inspire and educate delegates, sharing learning and working together to determine what improvement can mean for patients and their care. We will hear from national speakers and local stories to discover:
•Which improvement methodologies actually work in practice?
•How positive deviance can help us do better
•Courageous ways to learn from our mistakes
•Culture and how it sustains improvement
