Are you a new manager moving into your first managerial position? Or perhaps you have been in a managerial role for a while but haven’t undertaken management training or feel in need of a refresher.
This training has been developed in line with the Trusts Leadership & Improvement Strategy to support all managers as they develop their skills and knowledge in essential management responsibilities.
During Programme Two you will cover:
- Performance Management
- Absence Management
- Managing Grievance & Disciplinary
- Having challenging conversations

Certificates and Other Information:
Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.
If you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
