Alison Wilson and Lola Atkinson have both recently completed the Breathworks Mindfulness Champions training and are offering short mindfulness sessions. Both have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for many years and are passionate about health and wellbeing, especially in supporting staff.
Alison and Lola work in the leadership and improvement team in Strive, having a special focus on compassionate leadership delivering training to colleagues around the trust. Compassionate leadership begins with self-compassion and for self-compassion, mindfulness, being present and being able to manage one’s own emotions is a key skill.

The sessions will be around 20 minutes long.
These sessions are drop-in sessions, there is no need to book (but you can if you like!)
Please note, these sessions are for staff who have previously attended a mindfulness course and, or have a regular mindfulness practice.
