Brief overview:

As an inclusive organisation we are keen to offer support to under-represented groups. In line with the Trust’s Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda and to promote diversity we are pleased to launch our ‘Opening Opportunities Career Development Programme’. This will help you develop the skills and confidence you may need to progress further in your career.

The interview skills module will help you to plan, prepare and feel confident for your next interview.

Key learning outcomes from Opening Opportunities – Interview Skills:

· Know how to prepare yourself for an interview

· Know how to present yourself, your skills and your strengths at interview

· Learn strategies to manage interview nerves

Recommended for all staff across the trust who wish to improve their interview skills

Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.
