Human Library

Brief Overview:

The human library will create a space for people who may not normally have opportunities to speak to each other.  It will offer an opportunity to learn and understand the diversity and complexity of other roles.  Come and speak to the expert about the impact and challenges that they have faced in their working life.

Key learning outcomes:

•              To promote an understanding of other job roles within the Heathcare sector.

•              To provide time to interact with individuals in a safe environment.

•              To gain an insight into other roles within the organisation.

•              To provide an interactive experience and engage with fellow colleagues working in the Trust.

Target audience:

Any South Tees staff and students working or studying at South Tees NHS Foundation Trust.
