Our events team are here to offer you a comprehensive event management service from design through to delivery to ensure success. We offer a fully flexible service to suit your needs providing expertise and support where you need it.
Venue sourcing and liaison
Finding a suitable venue to host your event with the right space, location and price. We are able to recommend, negotiate prices and have extensive knowledge in managing venue contracts. We regularly use venues that include academic institutions, conference center’s, hotels, specialist clinical or laboratory facilities along with our own STRIVE Academic facilities.
Event marketing, materials and distribution
Right the way through your event we will coordinate the design of promotional materials and ensure they are seen by the right people that you want to attend your event. In addition we can design and produce programmes, personalised materials, badges, certificates, forms, evaluations, directional signs, delegate packs and much more.
Delegates that sign up for your event will receive everything they need keeping them informed from start to finish. Utilising our in house online booking system we can register, process applications, correspond information, take payments and answer to all enquiries and questions. We will also provide regular progress updates on registrations.
Budgets and finance
We deal with all financial matters associated with events which includes setting budgets, delegate fees, invoicing, procurement, payments and obtaining funding or sponsorship.
We will look after your speakers and invited guests which includes any associated speaker fees, honorariums, travel requirements, accommodation. We will ensure we have the necessary information from them such as biographies and presentation delivery requirements.
We work with numerous professional awarding bodies and if your event would benefit from professional accreditation we can process applications and provide support to the process.
We have numerous suppliers for event catering that can support your event in addition we organise course dinners or special events where required. Delegates requiring overnight accommodation will be provided with information on recommended accommodation.
Depending upon the size and requirements of your event we ca coordination of event transport for individuals or groups.
On the day / front of house
We’ll ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish as well as offering on the day support coordination of the day welcoming guests to ensuring everyone has everything they need throughout the day without any problems.
