Healthcare Leadership Model 360 Feedback

Available for South Tees staff only

Training details

The Healthcare Leadership Model is a tool used to help those who work in health and care to become better leaders.

It is useful for everyone – whether you have formal leadership responsibility or not, if you work in a clinical or other service setting, and if you work with a team of five people or 5,000.

It describes the things you can see leaders doing at work and is organised in a way that helps everyone to see how they can develop as a leader. It applies equally to the whole variety of roles and care settings that exist within health and care.

Undertake a 360° by asking colleagues, peers and team members to anonymously and confidentially feedback through an online portal and gain the results by way of a supportive, facilitated discussion with a qualified practitioner.

For a free and informative discussion about accessing reports or for further information please contact our Leadership and Improvement Team on 01642 854182 / extension 54182 or email stees.leadershipandqi@nhs.net.

For a full feedback report, including facilitation by a qualified member of the team does cost £50. Please speak with your line manager or the team about funding. If you would like to proceed with the full report and facilitation please complete and submit this form. A member of staff will then contact you to arrange a mutual date and time, once this is arranged the cost will automatically be allocated to your collaborative.
