(This workshop is part of the CPD accredited Business Skills Workshops run by Pfizer)
In today’s NHS, change is constant. Pressures are real, expectations are high, and many staff are balancing increasing demands with limited time and energy. Resilience is not simply about ‘getting through’ difficult periods — it is about developing the mindset, habits and strategies that allow you to adapt, sustain performance and protect your wellbeing.
This interactive Resilience Workshop provides practical tools and reflective space to help you strengthen your physical, mental and social resilience in a supportive environment.
This resilience workshop provides:
- An understanding of resilience
- The characteristics of resilient people
- Why being resilient is important, particularly in times of change
- How to build physical, mental and social resilience
- The power of beliefs and language
By the end of this workshop delegates will:
- Understand what resilience is and what it is not
- Recognise the characteristics of resilient people
- Understand why resilience is critical during periods of change
- Gain techniques to build your own resilience in sustainable ways
All the Business Skills Workshops are CPD approved. Pfizer Healthcare Partnership Managers and CECs are the subject matter experts and are trained to facilitate BSW sessions and annual refreshers take place for each workshop and workshop materials are reviewed every 2 years.
As well as being a leading supplier of medicines to the NHS, Pfizer is committed to working with our partners from across the NHS, as well as academia and other healthcare organisations, to improve the delivery of healthcare and achieve the best health outcomes for people in the UK.
