Speaking Up for Safety – Graded Assertiveness in Practice

Why is it so hard to challenge when something doesn’t feel right, especially in hierarchical teams? Explore how communication breakdown contributed to the Tenerife air disaster and what it teaches us about speaking up in healthcare.
