A full day event exploring Heart Surgery and the Law. 

Hosted and Chaired by Mr Mazyar Kanani, Consultant Cardiac Surgeon, and with invited legal experts, cardiac surgeons and a cardiologist who are guest speakers from across the UK including Dr Jonathan Lillekar (Teesside University), Dr Murray Earle (University of Edinburgh), Dr Victoria Moore (University of Manchester), Dr Louise Austin (University of Leicester), Dr Dougie Muir (South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), Professor Martin Elliot (Chief of Cardiothoracic surgery (Emeritus) Great Ormond Street Hospital and Gresham College, London UK) and Professor Aung Oo (Barts Health NHS Trust), the event will cover:
