•To discuss terminology to enhance civility.
•To discuss limitations and restrictions to communication
•To evaluate written communication in a discharge summary
Target audience:
Suitable for international medical graduates and other medical staff who would like to gain experience in dealing with situations that require advanced and complex communications skills.
