Overview

This weeks Thursday multidisciplinary meeting is presented by Dr Clive Kelly.

Africa: South Sudan – supporting those with no voice of their own

‘This talk will describe the practical, personal and professional challenges recently encountered during a medical and humanitarian foray into remote rural areas of South Sudan. Clive will illustrate his experiences of undertaking clinics in prisons there, along with his attempts to address some of the underlying socio-economic issues by improving access to education and healthcare.’

Target Audience

This session is available to all members of South Tees.
It will be held in STRIVE JCUH Room 11 and a teams link will be sent for anyone wishing to attend remotely. It will be streamed to STRIVE FHN.
