The Leadership and Improvement team have put together a programme of bitesize sessions available to all South Tees Trust staff on a range of topics.

Aim of Personal Resilience and Escaping Drama:

How to stay resilient in the face of difficult situations with others, be they colleagues or patients.

Target audience:

Recommended to all staff who are looking for tools and tips to help them survive difficult situations.
