Course Overview:
Do you feel that you would like to write with more confidence? Would you like to publish your work in the future and feel that you would like some support? Then the Boost your Writing with Confidence workshop can support you in reaching your goal. South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has listened to the calls of its workforce about supporting staff in writing with confidence and have teamed up with the Royal Literary Fund to deliver a bespoke writing workshop.
Boost your Writing Confidence is a practical writing workshop which will enable participates to tackle professional writing activities with increased confidence and enthusiasm. Through discussion and writing exercises, participants will explore what they regard to be effective writing and practise a structured approach that they can apply to all their writing, especially for publication.
This workshop will be delivered virtually by a highly experienced professional writer who will share their skills with you and give you useful information about writing with confidence.
A room has been made available for staff to use to attend this workshop within the Rodney Cove -Smith Library should they wish to use it. This is now available for you to book on in STRIVE events.
Target audience:
South Tees NHS trust staff
If you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
