Brief overview:

As part of our ongoing development within improvements training, we have developed some new bite size content.  These workshops are available to all staff across the trust, including leaders, managers, team members and teams as a whole.   

Service Improvement capacity and demand bite size looks at capacity and demand planning as well as how to balance flow within your department. By the end of the session, you will have gained an understanding of the following concepts:
