Our aim is to help raise awareness around the impact of civility and incivility on people, teams, and the organisational culture, and how that relates to patient outcomes. It is based on the National ‘Civility Saves Lives’ campaign.
This bitesize session is designed to encourage reflection and offers different perspectives on how to manage ourselves and our reactions to challenging situations in the workplace.
