Overview:

An introduction into civility within the workplace. How incivility can affect all around us and what we can do to promote civility and build a stronger culture built on kindness.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore the evidence base supporting the benefits of civility
  • To acknowledge the level incivility at the trust
  • Discuss the importance of showing appreciation and how we can increase the presence of it here within our trust.

Target Audience:

This course is open to all South Tees staff from any area, clinical teams may benefit from attending the session together.

Please be advised that this session has a minimum attendee requirement, therefore we may have to cancel the session if not enough people attend. If this session is cancelled, we will aim to advise attendees as far in advance as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
