Brief overview:
The Global Code of Ethics asks all coaches who hold qualifications to perform and to be engaged with CPD and Supervision. Accessing supervision is a key element in supporting wellbeing and development of coaches and coaching.
Coaching CPD @ South Tees is an opportunity for both accredited and not yet accredited coaches to join group CPD activities. This will provide a space to develop knowledge, skills and understanding, or to refresh subjects that may have become a little rusty. To help you prepare for CPD, some brief pre-work may be sent with joining instructions. The aim of this is to ensure that you attend feeling ready to participate in CPD activity.
In this session we will develop understanding of having rich conversations and knowing how to disengage from coaching is an art more than a science. Understand how to have those tough conversations, setting parameters in place to equip you to disengage from coaching effectively.
