Brief overview:
The Global Code of Ethics asks all coaches who hold qualifications to perform and to be engaged with CPD and Supervision. Accessing supervision is a key element in supporting wellbeing and development of coaches and coaching.
Supervision @ South Tees is an opportunity for accredited coaches to join group supervision. This will provide a space to explore current challenges within your practice. To help you prepare for supervision, some brief pre-work may be sent with joining instructions. The aim of this is to ensure that you attend feeling ready to participate in supervision.
This will be informal, facilitated supervision providing
• Storytelling – sharing our experiences (good and bad) of our work with clients and the associated learning
• Exploring challenges – a space to think through barriers to practice
• Celebrating success –recognising our shared and individual impact, and exploring how we can replicate this
• Future need – collating themes to support the planning of future supervision and CPD
