This week’s lunchtime teaching topic is Complaints Handling.
It will be presented by Poppy Kirkbride (MLC)
In this talk, Poppy Kirby, an experienced Case Manager at Medical Protection, aims to take some of the stress out of complaints by outlining what to expect during the complaints process, how to prepare a good complaint response and how complaints can be turned into a positive learning opportunity.
