Brief overview:
Based on over 20 years of grounded theory research by Dr Brene Brown, Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building leadership programme. This event is targeted at Senior leaders that have not experienced the Dare to Lead™ training.
This is a full day interactive delivery, including sharing of the Dare to Lead™ Keynote, and exploration of some key takeaways from the four skillsets using breakout groups. The conference will be led by Julie McVeigh and Amber Farrier certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators, and supported by Duncan O’Brien and Polly Brennan, Connected Coaching NE Ltd Dare to Lead™ Support Workers.
