Based on over 20 years of grounded theory research by Dr Brene Brown, Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building leadership programme.

The most significant finding from Brene’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets: rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, braving trust, and learning to rise.  The complete Dare to Lead programme focuses on developing these courage-building skills moving from armored leadership to daring leadership.
