Brief overview:

As a leader, there are often times where the need arises for conversations that may feel challenging or difficult. The ability to be able to talk about issues which may be sensitive or emotive is an integral part of effective leadership and can be critical to managing performance, promoting staff engagement and improving team dynamics.

This action learning set will provide you with tools and confidence to be able to initiate and hold effective conversations and the opportunity to discuss real life scenarios in a confidential and safe environment.

(The latter half of the session being dedicated to group coaching on real life conversations.  Therefore, please come prepared with ideas of conversations you need to have as a leader, or alternatively conversations you have already had so that you can take part in the group coaching).
