Course overview:
A learn and share event with the purpose of exploring current developments in end of life care, nationally, regionally and locally. The event will promote good practice along with discussion of some of the challenges in delivering and receiving good end of life care.
Target audience:
The event is open to healthcare professionals and anyone with an interest in the topics covered.

- Early intervention
- Lawnmower Theatre Company – learning disabilities theatre group – focusing on difficult conversations
