Course overview:
A learn and share event with the purpose of exploring current developments in end of life care, nationally, regionally and locally. The event will promote good practice along with discussion of some of the challenges in delivering and receiving good end of life care.
The conference aims to generate a thought provoking, informative and insightful day into improving and enhancing knowledge in our approach to death and bereavement across diverse communities, and how this can be woven into improving the patients’ and carers’ journey through support of physical emotional and spiritual needs.
Target audience:
The event is open to healthcare professionals and anyone with an interest in the topics covered.
