Successfully delivering projects in healthcare relies on more than good planning — it depends on your ability to identify, understand and influence the right stakeholders.
This interactive workshop is designed for anyone who needs to engage clinicians, managers, partners or system leaders and wants practical tools to communicate more effectively, manage resistance and increase buy-in.
Engage stakeholders to maximise success provides practical tools and techniques to:
- Identify key stakeholders and understand their various roles
- Understand different stakeholder roles and perspectives
- Learn how to use influencer maps
- Develop a clear value message for key stakeholders
- Practise creating an effective elevator pitch
- Consider how to anticipate and counter resistance

– Feel more confident engaging challenging stakeholders
– Have practical tools to apply immediately

The Business Skills Workshops (BSW) programme is a series of educational modules that has been developed by Pfizer to support individuals and organisations within the NHS to enhance their knowledge and skills related to service improvement.

We develop effective NHS & Industry working in line with the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) guidance.
All the Business Skills Workshops are CPD approved. Pfizer Healthcare Partnership Managers and CECs are the subject matter experts and are trained to facilitate BSW sessions and annual refreshers take place for each workshop and workshop materials are reviewed every 2 years.
