Explore some of the Difficult Problems Educational Supervisors may encounter including Trainees in difficulty, those with suboptimal ARCP outcomes, and those who return after time out of training.

- To identify issues with trainees in difficulty from case studies

- To be able to list some of the sources available
- To be able to list the ARCP outcomes
- To be able to write and implement a learning plan
- To discuss the appeals process
- To discuss the Supported Return To Training programme for trainees who have taken time out of training
