The Hospital Major Incident Medical Management and Support (HMIMMS) course is designed to develop knowledge and skills relating to major incident planning and the structured, systematic response approach required for the medical management of major incidents.
This two-day face-to-face course is available for anyone who may have a role in the management of a major emergency/incident from a hospital perspective. It is taught and practiced throughout the world.

- Understand major incident types and response protocols
- Apply the CSCATTT framework: Command, Safety, Communication, Assessment, Triage, Treatment, Transport
- Strength command, control communication and triage skills
- Deliver medical support using the collapsible hierarchy model
