Brief Overview

Coaching is a key skill that all leaders can develop and when used effectively this enhance employee engagement, employee motivation and employee performance leading to increased wellbeing and happiness in the workplace. This 3 hour course will help you to discover when you can facilitate coaching conversations with your teams as well as use of some practical models to support you as a coach.

Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session, learners will be able to:

Describe what coaching entails

Identify situations where using coaching skills would be beneficial

Describe the key skills required for an effective coaching conversation

Apply a simple coaching model in practice

Use coaching techniques to provide support to your team.
