Brief overview:

The Leadership Development Programme is a three day programme which consists of Your Leadership Impact (New and Aspiring Leaders), Leading Your Team to Success (Inspirational Leaders) and Leading for Improvement (Visionary Leaders).

The individual days can be completed in isolation or as a whole package, though we recommend that delegates leave a break between sessions to embed their learning before attending the next.

Key learning outcomes from Leading for Improvement:

•       What we mean by ‘improvement’

•       The value of storytelling as a leadership skill

•       The human element of change

•       How to manage change effectively

Target audience:

Recommended for staff across the trust who wish learn how their leadership can affect the development of the services we provide.

Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.
