Brief overview:

The Leadership Development Programme is a three day programme which consists of Your Leadership Impact, Leading Your Team to Success and Leading into the future.

The individual days can be completed in isolation or as a whole package, though we recommend that delegates leave a break between sessions to embed their learning before attending the next.

Key learning outcomes from Leading into the Future:

•The value of storytelling as a leadership skill

•Developing and communicating a vision and a strategy

•What is meant by systems thinking

•The leadership skills needed for systems to operate effectively

Recommended for staff across the trust who wish learn how their leadership can affect the development of the services we provide.
