Brief overview:

The core Leadership Development Programme consists of three individual training days; Your Leadership Impact, Leading Your Team to Success and Leading Into The Future.

We recommend that delegates leave a break between sessions to embed their learning before attending the next.

•The value of storytelling as a leadership skill

•Developing and communicating a vision and a strategy

•What is meant by systems thinking

•The leadership skills needed for systems to operate effectively

Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.

If you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
