Do you want to improve your skills as a leader in supporting your staff through change? If so we would love you to come and join us for a day. We are holding a series of one day workshops and as a leader would love you to attend.
These immersive, full-day workshops are aimed at any member of the workforce who consistently supports their teams and services through change, however small or large. The programme is specifically designed for leaders who are serious about applying techniques which dramatically enhance team and individual performance while change occurs.
In this workshop you will explore the barriers to assertive communication and consider your current levels of assertiveness. There will be a focus on specific techniques that enable you to approach difficult conversations with confidence as well as ensuring that you leave a positive impact as a result.
