Brief overview: 

This half day course will introduce you to the art of leading with kindness and compassion, an evidence-based approach that gets the best out of people through fostering effective relationships.  It helps leaders give their teams a real sense of purpose and direction in order to motivate and inspire them to perform at a high level consistently.

Upon completion of this course a certificate will be available for you to download from your account along with any other post course information.
