Brief overview:

Are you a new manager moving into your first managerial position? Or perhaps you have been in a managerial role for a while but haven’t undertaken management training or feel in need of a refresher?

This training has been developed in line with the Trusts Leadership & Improvement Strategy to support all managers as they develop their skills and knowledge in essential management responsibilities.

During Programme One you will cover:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Appraisal
  • Unconscious Bias

Target audience:

Recommended for individuals moving into their first managerial position or who have been in a managerial role for a while but haven’t undertaken management training or feel in need of a refresher.
