Course Overview

This course is designed to introduce the topic of menopause to male colleagues. This is aimed at those who want to understand more about the issues women face when experiencing the menopause and how this can affect them in the workplace as well as at home.   

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss the effect of menopause in the context of the work environment
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the signs and symptoms of the menopause
  • Identify ways to help and support women
  • The importance of inclusivity
