Embracing various life stages; there’s nothing quite like connecting with kindred spirits who share similar experiences and interests.
This Temple Spa Experience is tailored for women navigating the different stages of menopause. It’s an opportunity to openly discuss and embrace where they are in life, while gaining insights into skincare, body, and soul.
Discover tricks, tips, and personalised routines to support you during this phase, allowing you to be the best version of yourself.
The session will look at skin care and mindfulness.
In essence, it’s all about becoming YOUR BEST YOU.
‘’This will be an experience using hot or cold cloths during a self-guided facial, we’ll also listen to a meditation and practice some breath work too. If people don’t want to pop product on to their skin, they can use the back of their hands to still enjoy a sensory experience.’’Rosie
