Brief overview:
In this engaging 2-day introduction to the power of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) we will explore the impact of verbal and non-verbal communication and how that can better support personal impact and performance. NLP offers a range of tools and techniques to help shift perspectives and further develop inter-personal communication for better outcomes. This programme is relevant to all nursing and AHP colleagues above B6, midwives and all senior medical staff (SAS, Trust Doctor and Consultant staff). It may be relevant to non-clinical staff and please do read further into NLP to see if you think this training would apply to your role.
