Overview:

The topic of this weeks Thursday lunchtime meeting is ‘Preventing and Managing Complaints and it will be presented by Richard Luscombe from the MDU.

During your career you may receive a complaint against you or the services you provide. This seminar covers the key features of the NHS complaints process, what people complain about, how to avoid complaints, and what to do if you receive a complaint.

Target Audience:

This session is available to all members of South Tees.

It will be held in STRIVE JCUH Room 10 and streamed to STRIVE FHN Drs Mess
