Dominic Wright is a highly experienced Board Room Facilitator, Executive Coach and Conflict Resolution Mediator with specialties in leadership, strategy and business and organisational development.
Session Overview:
Dominic has worked with University Hospitals Tees to create a bite-sized session aimed at developing skills on how to coach/ facilitate managers to become more effective in conflict resolution for staff and staff teams. Outcomes include:
Understanding the physiology of conflict, the cost of conflict, the routes to conflict resolution,
impartiality, confidentiality, resolving conflict V’s legal implications
