This workshop is aimed at NHS professionals who regularly have to respond to letters of complaint.


  • To explore the techniques behind empathic, concise writing, and apply those techniques to letters written in response to complaints from the public.
  • The workshop has been developed in collaboration with an NHS Trust, and will involve discussion, case studies and writing exercises.
