Brief overview:

Our Improvement Programme Novice Level is an introductory session to change concepts and change management. The workshop will introduce candidates to a number of improvement principles.

Target audience:

Recommended for all staff across the trust who have an interest in improving service efficiency, eliminating waste and streamline processes.
