Brief overview:

Are you interested in service improvement and change management?

To augment the new improvement skills training programme, we have launched monthly action learning sets, to offer additional support to improvement projects.

These “clinics” will provide individuals, teams or departments with a safe space to bring an improvement project to progress.

The session can help you with:

  • New projects – completing planning documentation (driver diagrams, A3 scoping forms, aims statements, process mapping).
  • Re-energising existing projects which may have stalled due to service pressures.
  • Development support for teams and projects running through the annual improvements cycle.

Target audience:

Recommended to all staff who have an improvement project and need support.

Organised by:

Leadership and Improvement Team, STRIVE Academic Centre

Other information:

The sessions will be classroom based and are envisaged to run as a drop in session but can be tailored if necessary. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further with a member of the team please contact us.

If you would like more information or to book a place for either yourself or a small team, please contact us on our email address above, and provide us with a short description of what you would like to work on.
