Brief overview:
A journey of self-discovery and personal growth through journaling, specifically tailored for leaders.
Do you use a reflective journal? Would you like to start one? Are you interested to learn how using reflective journaling regularly can help you be a more effective leader and to learn new journaling techniques?
Through this pilot program, leaders have the opportunity to try out different journaling techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Sessions will be in small groups online for 1 hour per week over a 3-month period with additional optional activities to complete between sessions.
